You either hate or love Hilary Duff. When it comes to us, we love her as much as we love her alter ego Lizzie McGuire. However, there were a few instances when we could just give up loving Hilary.
One of those instances was when we saw her wearing this ugly ruffled leather dress. Hilary, you aren’t a skank and you don’t need this dress. This type of dress is something only a skank would wear. Maybe the Illuminati paid Hilary to look like a skank in this dress at this gala event?
